These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beyond Markets.ai website and services (the "Service") operated by Beyond Markets Intelligence, FZCO ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Beyond Markets.ai provides AI-generated financial research reports. The Service uses autonomous AI agents that gather data from third-party sources, analyse market conditions, and produce written reports. Report types include:

• Asset analysis — reports focused on a specific financial instrument or asset
• Standard analysis — pre-defined market research topics (e.g. global market briefings)
• Custom analysis — user-defined research requests (available on paid plans)

Reports may also be generated on a periodic schedule (daily or weekly) depending on your subscription plan.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We use passwordless email authentication (magic links).
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Shared or automated account access is not permitted.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — $0, up to 5 reports per day, 20 per month. Standard and asset analysis only.
• Basic — $19/month, up to 10 reports per day, 50 per month, custom analysis, up to 5 periodic report slots.
• Pro — $199/month, up to 10 reports per day, 200 per month, custom analysis, up to 10 periodic report slots.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially sublicense reports generated by the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Service or scrape its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models used by the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable financial regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Beyond Markets.ai name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of the Company.

Reports generated by the Service are AI-produced content. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated reports for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not claim AI-generated reports as your own original research for publication without attribution.

6. Disclaimers

Not financial advice. All reports, analysis, and data provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. You should not treat any content produced by the Service as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

No guarantee of accuracy. Reports are generated by AI agents using data from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any information in a report is correct, complete, or current. All figures, statements, and conclusions should be independently verified before making any financial decision.

Third-party data. The Service relies on data from external providers including financial data APIs, news services, and public filings. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in third-party data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or any reports generated by it.
• We are not liable for any investment or trading losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data & Privacy

• Account data: We store your email address, display name, and company name (if provided) for account management.
• Cookies: We use a session cookie for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
• Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Reports: Generated reports are stored in your account and subject to expiration periods. Expired reports may be deleted.
• No sale of data: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data retention: If you delete your account, your personal data and reports are permanently removed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any active paid subscription will not be refunded for the remaining billing period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
